Tell me I am not the only one that finds this difficult!? Cute backgrounds, pictures, music, slide shows, and everything else. I'm not very creative to begin with, but i figure on a website i can come up with something..... however, I'm failing! I have this feeling it's going to take me a while before i even know how to add friends on my blog!
Now for the real reason of me posting..... I finally finished unpacking! Longest week of my life, and still lots of wedding gift returns to do, but it is nice to walk into our condo and have it feel like "home" for the next four months. We live in south salt lake on 2100 and main street. Perfect access to everything and all the freeways, I80, 215, I15..... it's perfect for now. Since Glen got into grad school at the U we are looking for a house and planing on sticking around Utah for the next two 0r three years.
With Glen working in Salt Lake and now getting his MBA down here i deiced to transfer from the Y to the U. I know this can be quite controversial but you do what you got to do! I never thought i looked that great in red, but purple on the other hand is one of my favorite colors (red and blue together make purple)! I was planning on taking summer school but now i am thinking i will find a job. That's right...... J-O-B. This may shock some family remembers, but it's true.... my time has come!
I will try and post a few pictures from Friday night. We had an open house in Salem, Utah that my mother-in-law worked so hard on. She is the sweetest lady ever and Glen was the first child that she was able to give an open house to so she was extremely excited to plan it all. In the pictures glen and I look happy and healthy... this is only to deceive you. We got food poising the day before and were so sick. I had to take a minute to lay on the floor of the brides room and down the bottle of peptobismo while glen took the role of entertaining guest without me. In the end it was great and just something to laugh about.
