Preston you are an ANGEL!!! You are so good and content. You are truly the happiest baby I have ever known. You are happy to lay on the bed or couch all by yourself, sit in your carseat, swing in your swing, lay in your cradle or bassinet, be held, rocked, snuggled, smothered, and kissed to death. No matter what, hungry, tired, sore from your shots.... you're still happy! You never cry or fuss.... you are setting a very high precedent for your siblings. If every baby had your same disposition we would all be like the Duggar's and have 20 kids!
At five weeks you are 12'2, 24 inches long, and your head is 15 3/4..... you are in the 95th percentile for all three. Big Boy!!! And that is something we LOVE about you.
Everyone fights over you..... including me! Some moms love the break and are more then willing to hand their babies off, but not me! I have to declare my motherly duties and demand to have you back. When people come over to visit I sometimes get anxiety thinking they are going to take you away! After a little while I have to announce it's my turn! and I take you back and snuggle you. I could turn into a hermit and hold you 24/7, you are that lovable.
The one person that is an even bigger baby hog then me is your Grandpa Bob! It doesn't matter who is holding you, the moment he walks in the door he steals you away. He loves you, and so does everyone else. Grandma Shelley's loves to come into your room in the mornings and see your big smile, she loves to give you a bath and coat your entire body with lotion. Your Grandma and Grandpa Hughes are so sad they don't get to see you often but we keep them updated with lots of pictures!
Your mom and dad love you unconditionally, thanks for being such a good baby!!!

So sweet! I love reading all about him. :) I felt the same anxiety! When you watched Ryland those couple times I would freak out and think that you would not come to the door and just keep Ryland forever lol. I think that is normal for every mom. Just wait till he gets older and more energetic you will totally be happy for a little break. :) It is healthy to take one ever now and again.
He will most definitely appreciate this post! I sure did! He is getting so BIG! I love it! And he is very lucky to have constant love from his grandparents...very lucky! You are doing great as a mother haha that sounds funny. but you are really great and good to keep up the blog for him!
This is so sweet! What a darling mother you are! I am the exact same, when Harlo was first born (and I hate to admit but even now) people would come visit and I would hate to hand my baby over I love holding her so much! Preston is such a cutie I can see why you want to smother him in kisses all the time!
