and then it came to an end...

I some how managed to stretch my birthday out an entire week! That's pretty impressive, but unfortunately at some point it all had to end. And Sunday (29) was that day... Glenny poo poo made my favorite cherry cake. It's my dad's mom recipe (grandma velda), and every year for as long as I can remember my mom would make it for me. This year, Glen took on the tradition. This is no box cake, its a labor of love! It is so delicious I can't even begin to explain. If it weren't so complicated and time consuming I would make it all the time.

After birthday cake we jumped in the car to see the Gilbert Temple. Can't wait for it to be completed. It's going to be beautiful!
