Utah

Day 1 of Utah:

After the car accident we hoped on the airplane and headed to Salt Lake City. My little brother Richard picked us up and we headed straight to the city center.

(swollen puffy eyes from the accident tears!) 

After a few purchases we headed home to the Hughes house in Spanish Fork.

Day 2:

I woke up the next morning and literally couldn't move. My neck, back and ribs were killing. I really have never been so sore or in so much pain in my life, so off to the chiropractor I went. 

I thought Glen was so sweet for driving me and staying with me until i saw all the unattractive pictures he took of me. 

After the dr we headed into Provo to meet Richard for lunch at my favorite cafe rio.

After lunch I headed to the hospital to visit my new little niece Marissa. She is currently in the nicu, so we tried to spend as much time with her a possible. 

Later on that night i stopped at Cayeling and Paul's  house to see them and Lynlee, and to meet Lyn's baby Jude (another miracle baby).

Love these girls.

Day 3:

these two had so much fun playing together (cousins)

All morning we walked around the farm and watched all the animals, Preston was in heaven! I loved watching him and seeing his reactions.

sorry for the picture of me with zero makeup, but Glen didn't think i could catch one of these myself! So I proved him wrong and its all on video. 

It was so nice to have Glen all to ourselves. The weather was amazing and we enjoyed just hanging out!! 

we went to lunch at our favorite Spanish Fork spot, Barry's.

and then to get shaved ice snow cones.

Then we went home for naps, one of my favorite parts of the day. Later on we went to the park and fed the ducks.

Preston was attached to his dad the whole trip

Cousin Teague met up with us and the two boys had a blast! 

After the park we went over to Lindsey and Daron's house and let the boys continue to play!

Day 4:

Glen was nice enough to let me leave the kids behind and have a day with my girlfriends. It was the greatest!

Our first stop was Bruges waffles. SO good! I dream about these things.

After waffles we went to the city center..... Im missing aubrey and cayeling but they were with us too! 

I had to get my baby fix and spend lots of time with Jude

Ater the city center I headed back to spanish fork to get ready for the real reason why we came to Utah.... Jenna Morrison's wedding/festivities

Friday night was her wedding dinner and it was so fun! I loved getting to know more about Lane. Jenna was grinning the entire night. She was so beautiful! 

After Jenna and Lane's dinner we headed over to meet up with these girls at Cayeling house. It was so fun being together again. It made me want to move back to Utah!

Before heading back to Spanish Fork, we had to stop in at Provo hospital and give this sweetie a goodnight kiss.
