A big THANK YOU!

I just had to say thanks for all the comments, tips, and advice given on the last post. So many people took lots of time typing up very detailed responses and I really appreciated all of them (including the texts, phone calls, and facebook messages). I loved reading what other people do, and what works for them in their marriage. It was nice to able able to feel validated and supported, and it also helped Glen and I come up with our very own plan.

I'm happy to announce that on Friday I slept in another room and for the first time in well over three months I got a full nights rest! Although I woke up twice and had to check in on Glen and Preston, I was able to fall right back asleep. It was heavenly, and Glen was a champ.

My brother Rowland tried to tell me that I am not aloud to talk about marital issue in public and that it is "inappropriate".... well i beg to differ. It's my "journal" and I can write whatever I want and I'm really ok with people reading about real life and real disputes. In fact i think it's rather refreshing to be honest, open, and search for outside third party opinions. For all those single people out there wondering what a marriage is like (or at least my marriage), read my blog.... I'm pretty open :)

Marriage is all about compromise, and I'm happy that the man I get to compromise with from now until eternity is Glen. I think we make a pretty great team, and I love him more and more each day. I think he is a wonderful dad/husband/man, and he has always been willing to help me, (we just had to work on the night thing and interrupting his beauty sleep). But either way, I couldn't have asked for a better companion. 

In lighter news.....

• Preston will be three months on Tuesday
• We are putting an offer on a house tomorrow
• And we are planning a trip back to Utah in October for our friends wedding

I love this life i live and love all the people in it!
