I love ground turkey in homemade tomato sauce over spaghetti, but you have to season it well with lots of onions and garlic and salt as you brown it, otherwise it tastes a little blah...But if you get the seasoning right it is amazing.
HEy... I love Ground Turkey as well. It's better than ground beef to us now. You're welcome for the help... I hope it did. Looks like you've changed it up a bit! We love to make turkey burgers with fresh garlic and salt and pepper in them on whole wheat buns!
Here is a very delicious ground turkey recipe for you. It's from one of my college roommates back in the day and I love it!
Greek-Style Turkey Burgers
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 slightly beaten egg white 1 Tbs. milk 1 .7 oz. envelope Italian dressing mix 1 lb. lean ground turkey 4 pita rounds 1 recipe Greek salsa 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
1. Combine bread crumbs, egg white, milk, and half the dressing mix. Add turkey and mix well. Shape turkey mixture into four 6 inch long X 1/2 inch thick oval patties. 2. Place patties on unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 11 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink, turning half way through broiling time. 3. Serve the burgers in pita bread rounds, top with Greek salsa and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Greek Salsa: 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar 2 tsp. olive oil Remaining dressing mix 1 c. finely chopped tomato 1/4 c. finely chopped cucumber 1/4 c. finely chopped pitted kalamata or ripe olives
How is furniture shopping? So jealous, I can't wait until we can do that.
I love to make ground turkey meatballs. You can add whatever in meatballs, but I like to add an egg, Parmesan, and parsley. I think Barefoot Contessa has a good recipe for it.

You just use Ground turley for anything you would normally use ground beef for. My favs. are tacos and shepherds pie.
