it's all about ME...

does that title sound selfish? a little bit, but this post really is all about me, which can come across a little selfish, but it's not my fault. It's bloggers.


I have literally been trying to upload pictures to my christmas post for the last hour and its not working! It's driving me insane and I'm about to throw my computer out the window.... but instead of doing that i thought i would do a quick blog post with no pictures. Boring, i know!  


Since I already did a fun post full of random facts about Glen, i figured its my turn. Only I'm not letting Glen write the facts (only because he doesn't even read this thing.... has nothing to do with me maybe worrying about what he might come up with and share. haha).

• I am 6'1....... its taken me at least 20 years to admit my real height (lied about it for years, always wanted to be shorter)
• I wear a women's size 12 shoe (that is the first time i have ever admitted that in my entire life! I used to cry every time i went shoe shopping with my mom.... not kidding. 
• I love mexican food, i could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• I love my husband dearly and am pretty open about the life i share with him (sometimes that might bite me in the bum)
• I love ALL babies, but I am truly obsessed with my own. It's a healthy obsession, but an obsession at that
• My husband thinks i spend way too much time on blogs and facebook, i tell him it's all apart of being a stay at home mom
• I dream of being martha stewart, but i am unfortunately not crafty or creative at all
• I feel like i have some of the greatest friends in the world, and i want all my friends to be friends
• I love bright colors... anything orange, yellow, lime green..... you get the point, BRIGHT
• I love to drive fast, but hate being a passenger in a fast drivers car. i.e. my mom or glen's car
• I'm a light sleeper, and die at the sound of heavy breathing or snoring
• I love clean linens (bed sheets, towels, wash clothes)
• I have to have clean floors. I vacuum almost everyday and mop at least twice a week. 
• I enjoy cooking and baking, but don't enjoy the mess
• I love to travel
• I have no problem sorting clothes into piles and washing them, but folding and putting them away is a different story
• I love pedicures, i think its important to have pretty toes
• I love my family and am extremely protective over them. 
• I am have high expectations and am hard on myself and by far my worst critic
• I'm a dreamer 

I feel like knowing a person's pet peeves also helps you learn a little bit more about them, so here are a few of mine! (This blog is filled with a lot of personal disclosure!!!) 

1. When Glen's phone is on silent or dies..... most always happen at a great, opportune, convenient time 
2. When someone sends me a text, to which i quickly reply, and then they don't respond back for hours
3. When someone continually makes commitments and then breaks them... flakiness is no bueno
4. Socks left in the family room on the floor...... uhmmm GLEN!
5. Snoring. Can't deal.
6. Things left out on the counter. Especially the bathroom counter.
7. Mail.... I loathe coupons, ads, any junk mail left in the kitchen. Absolutely hate junk mail! 
8. A dirty house. I am much happier when my home is clean and organized.

Hopefully I can get this blogger situation figured out because i have to blog about christmas morning, mexico, porters first laser treatment, and of course.... my boys!!! 6 and 20 months!
