Christmas Day

The 14 of us woke up Christmas morning to see if Santa came.... and did he ever. Santa had the kids displays all laid out on the couch. It was so fun to see all 5 grandkids go to town. They were beyond excited, which made it all that more exciting for the adults. This was Rowland's first Christmas as a married man, and Amanda's first Christmas with the Cunningham side. The only person we were missing was Richard.

After the Christmas morning madness we went to church. All the grandkids had matching outfits, and they looked darling!

After church we were able to talk to richard on the phone for the very last time! It was a great conversation and easy goodbye, knowing that we would see him in only a month and a half. 

That evening we went to the Nielsen's home and got together with some of our family friends and had a fun time eating food, playing games, and catching up. 

The following day, the whole Cunningham clan took off for CANCUN.
