On Saturday we put on a bridal shower for Shelby at the Phoenician Hotel. We had a "tea" time. It was a huge success and so much fun. Everyone got dressed up and ate little finger sandwiches, scones, treats, and lemonade. Seeing shelby so cute and happy made me remember what it was like to be the bride..... i started to miss all that excitement, curiosity, anticipation..... and then I remembered all the stress and other things that come with being the bride. I am much happier to be that bride three years later with a baby and second on the way!

What a lovely idea! I love the cake pops, they turned out great. I think I have decided that you are fanciest person I know. Maybe next time I come to AZ we can have a girls day that includes said "tea" time?

Talk about most awkward picture of me and Shelby ever. I like to think that the camera that got the straight on view turned out a lot better then this one. But it was such a fun party anyway!!
