SANTA came to town

This was the very first Christmas of my entire life that we slept in..... Slept in, as in 7 am. It was sad not having Richard there waking everyone up and telling us all to hurry and get down to my parents bedroom. This year we woke up to a text message from my dad telling us to wake up! We all got up and opened up just a few presents. My dad had bought my mom a new computer and wanted to get it set up in the family room for Richard's skype phone call.

We got it all set up and waited for the phone. It was so fun to see him and talk face to face. I posted all about it a few weeks ago. After the call we opened presents, ate the traditional egg strata (amazing), and then took naps and laid around all day. It was a fabulous day and so fun to have my first experience as Santa. After I set Preston's whole Santa display up, my mom sat me down and told me how to redo it all. Hahah, it was pretty funny to see her give give me a personal lesson on Santa displays.

I honestly cannot believe that next year for Christmas I will have another baby. Pretty much freaks me out. Two kids sounds so official. Like we will be an official family, i will officially be one of those mom, I will no longer be cool with just one baby, I will officially become a hermit..... you get the point?!
